Testimonials*

“For two years I worked to get my third class medical with one frustration after the other. My medical situation is complex and I nearly gave up multiple times pursing my dream of being a pilot. After my first consultation with Dr. Harrison, I realized that there was a path forward through the HIMS process. He walked me through the complexity of coordinating appointments and communicating with the FAA. Dr. Harrison is an expert among experts and knows the HIMS process like none other. He was not only my HIMS AME but became my advocate and embraced my case as his own. Communication with him and his staff were a breeze. Dr. Harrison took the impossible and helped make my special issuance a reality. I really do appreciate all that he has done. Truly, I would have had no chance to fly without his expertise and dedication.”

“My 1st class medical certificate was revoked in 2020 and I would have been completely lost without Dr. Bradley Harrison. There is very little guidance published by the FAA in regards to the HIMS process and the medical requirements to re-obtain a medical certificate. I was completely overwhelmed, lost and in despair. I had researched and talked to aviation lawyers, none of which laid out the exact process nor the required steps to work through the uphill battle I knew I was facing. It wasn’t until I found Dr. Harrison that I felt hope. He was willing to see me right away and start the process. He was realistic, empathetic, and most importantly, understood how to navigate the HIMS process. He provided the roadmap to ensure that a thorough packet was submitted correctly and in a timely manner to the FAA and therefore my 1st class medical was reissued. It took a bit of work and time, and in the end I was in a much better position having Dr. Harrison to lean on and I will forever be grateful. I highly recommend anybody that has a medical infringement or any others seeking special issuance medical certification, to talk to Dr. Harrison!”

"I came to a realization that my life needed to change two years ago; I was suffering from un-treated alcoholism. This disease as well as my own actions led me to become medically unfit to fly, which also did not allow me to work. Like many post-DUI pilots I was searching for the next step to get back to the cockpit ASAP, and realized that I needed to find a specialist AME. After talking to Dr. Harrison I knew I found the right professional. He believed in me and was able to guide me swiftly into a course of action that if I completely dedicated myself to, would establish my ability to do what I love again. There have been hurdles along the way to re-issuance, but trust me this guy is a track star. At no delay and with my complete dedication to changing my life, I was returned to work. Dr. Harrison and the HIMS program have given me back my life.”

"Dr. Harrison helped me obtain my 1st class medical. Between SSRI use and one other flagged item I was staring at a long to-do list from the FAA. Dr. Harrison was able to give me an honest opinion from the start whether he thought I would have a shot of receiving one. He then helped me navigate the complex process and became my advocate. Dr. Harrison and his staff are professional, thorough, and personal.”

“Highly recommend!!! After 18 months of horrible experiences with a different HIMS Doctor, I was granted the ability to switch. Inside six months Dr. Harrison had corrected the mistakes the other doctor had made, and I finally received my special issuance. Dr. Harrison, being a Veteran, was easy to relate and talk to and extremely supportive. Also, front row aircraft parking will definitely be a bonus for future appointments!”
